Lee County Sheriff’s Department seizes nearly 10 pounds of meth
On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the MS Bureau of Narcotics, North MS Narcotics Unit, Lee County Sheriff’s Department, and Tupelo Police Department K-9 unit conducted a search warrant on the residence located at 163 County Road 653-C Saltillo, MS.
During the execution of the Search Warrant, Broderick Jerome Jones was arrested and charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Methamphetamine.
On Thursday, March 2, 2023, Lee County Justice Court Judge Dye set Broderick Jerome Jones’ bond at $500,000.00 dollars. This has been an ongoing undercover operation conducted by the MS Bureau of Narcotics, North MS Narcotics Unit, and the Lee County Sheriff’s Department.
The investigation is still ongoing, with more arrests and charges due to come.
