Miss Firecracker Contest set for March at Lyric Theatre

The Miss Firecracker Contest is scheduled to take place March 19-21 at the Lyric Theatre, located at 201 N. Broadway. The play is written by Beth Henley and directed by Bobby Geno.

Performances will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with a matinee at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children and students.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.tctlyric.com, according to the theatre’s website. The event is sponsored by Meredith Martin of TM Realtors.
