Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services Leader Visits University of Mississippi – Tupelo

Tupelo, Miss. — Touya Harrington, Workforce Wellbeing Team Lead at the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, traveled from Hattiesburg to speak with members of the Student Social Work Organization at the University of Mississippi – Tupelo.

Harrington shared insights into the important work of MDCPS and discussed scholarship opportunities available to students pursuing careers in social work, according to an organization post.

The visit aimed to inform students about career pathways and support services provided by the agency, organizers said.
