Tupelo superintendent teaches harmonica to elementary students

Dr. Picou, superintendent of Tupelo Public School District, visited Lawndale Elementary to give fourth-grade students harmonica lessons.

The lesson was part of preparations for an upcoming school music show, according to district officials.
