The University of Mississippi at Tupelo will host its mobile Career Center on April 8, offering students a chance to improve their job search skills.
Christy Wright, assistant director of Career Center Employer Services, will be on campus to provide support. She will be at Room 252 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and in the front lobby from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Students can receive feedback on their resumes, practice interview techniques, and get advice on internships, jobs, and career planning. The event aims to help students prepare for life after graduation, according to a university news release.
Officials encouraged students not to wait until graduation to seek career assistance, emphasizing the importance of early preparation.
