Volunteer to Usher at TCT and Watch Shows for Free

Theatre for the Community (TCT) is inviting individuals to volunteer as ushers at four upcoming performances this weekend. Volunteers who sign up will be able to watch the show for free after their shift, according to organizers.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old to serve as ushers. The sign-up link is available at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0B4FA5AE2CA3FEC34-62984639-miss, where interested individuals can reserve their spots.

This weekend’s performances include Beth Henley’s “The Miss Firecracker Contest,” directed by Bobby Geno and sponsored by Meredith Martin of TM Realtors. The shows are scheduled for March 19-21 at the Lyric Theatre, located at 201 N. Broadway. Performances will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, with a matinee at 2 p.m. on Saturday.
