Atmos Energy to Conduct Construction in Tupelo Starting Thursday

Atmos Energy will begin construction work in Tupelo on Thursday, March 5, near the intersection of North Green and Main Street, according to company officials.

The affected area will be inaccessible starting at 7 p.m. Thursday, and construction crews will be working in the vicinity. Traffic cones, barriers, and signage will be in place, and residents may notice construction equipment and personnel in the area, as shown on an accompanying map.

Atmos Energy stated that customers will not experience any service interruptions during the project. City staff, public officials, 911 operators, and emergency responders have been informed of the work schedule.
