Christi Houin returns as director for TCT’s ‘Young Frankenstein’

Christi Houin is back at Tupelo Community Theatre to direct her eighth production. Her most recent work was the musical “Grease.”

Houin has been involved in nearly 40 productions at TCT and the Tupelo Opera and Ballet. She has received state and regional awards for her set design and attention to detail.

She said she enjoys using her talents to create beauty and bring happiness to audiences. Houin is supported by her husband, Jeffrey, who is assisting with the current show. She also has four children and four grandchildren, whom she enjoys spending time with. Additionally, she has three poodles.

“Young Frankenstein” runs from Aug. 20-22 at Tupelo Community Theatre. More information is available at www.tctlyric.com.
