Community Suicide Prevention Training Scheduled for September 12

The American Legion Post 49, Marine Corps League Andrew F. Lawhon Detachment 1220, and LIFECORE Health Group will co-host a SafeTALK training session on September 12. The session is open to community members aged 16 and older and aims to teach suicide intervention skills.

The training is free, and lunch will be provided. Participants are encouraged to register early, as spots are limited. The deadline to sign up is Sept. 7.
