Joyner Elementary First Graders Explore U.S. Regions with Coast to Coast AEE Grant

Joyner Elementary’s first-grade students recently engaged in a regional learning project funded by the Coast to Coast AEE Grant.

The students traveled to different classrooms to learn about U.S. states and regions, including the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West.

The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the diverse geography and culture across the United States, according to school officials.
