The Tupelo Police Department received a gesture of appreciation from Tupelo Community Care Center on Monday. The center stopped by and brought donuts for officers working the shift, according to a department news release.
Officials said they appreciate the support and thankful for the community’s continued partnership. The department highlighted the importance of community relations in fostering positive interactions.
The donation was part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between law enforcement and local organizations, officials added.
