Tupelo community members honored with tennis award

Three members of the Tupelo community have received the ‘Team Tennis Event of the Year’ award from the Mississippi Tennis Association, according to a news release.

Daniel Pounders of N MS Tennis Academy, Alex Farned, director of the Tupelo Parks and Recreation Department, and Mitch Lowe of the Tupelo Convention & Visitors Bureau were recognized for their teamwork and commitment to hosting successful events.
