Tupelo honors employees for service milestones at city council meeting
Five employees of the City of Tupelo were recognized for their service milestones during the city council meeting Tuesday night, according to the mayor’s office.
Donald Dykes of Public Works received a certificate for 25 years of service. Lieutenant Jessica Carter was honored for 20 years with the Tupelo Police Department.
Sheila Young was recognized for 10 years with the Parks and Recreation Department. Tiffany May and Scott Costello received awards for five years of service in administration.
Mayor Todd Jordan presented the certificates to the employees, congratulating them on their dedication and contributions to the city.
