Tupelo police investigate shooting at West Jackson Mart gas station

Tupelo police responded to a shooting Thursday evening at the West Jackson Mart gas station, located at 1391 W. Jackson St., according to authorities.

Officers arrived on the scene and found one victim who was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The incident occurred at the corner of West Jackson Street and Lumpkin Avenue.
