Tupelo Public Schools Celebrate Tacky Day and Minions Day
Students at Tupelo’s Early Childhood Education Center and Thomas Street Elementary participated in themed dress-up days last week. ECEC students celebrated Tacky Day, while students at Thomas Street Elementary dressed as Minions, according to district posts.
School officials shared photos of students in colorful and playful costumes, highlighting the district’s efforts to promote fun and engagement in the classroom. No incidents were reported during the events, and district representatives expressed enthusiasm for the activities.
