Tupelo’s Annual Festival of Christmas Trees Returns to Ballard Park
The holiday season is approaching, and Tupelo’s Annual Festival of Christmas Trees is set to return to Ballard Park. The event encourages organizations, families, churches, and businesses to adopt and decorate a Christmas tree at no cost, according to the Tupelo Parks & Recreation Department.
Participants can decorate trees to represent their organization, honor loved ones, raise awareness for causes, or support non-profit groups. Each decorated tree will contribute to a festive display that will be available for the community to enjoy throughout the Christmas season.
To participate, groups must visit the Tupelo Parks & Recreation Department office at Ballard Park, located at 655 Rutherford Road, to reserve a tree and learn the rules. Trees are limited, and organizers urged interested parties to act quickly.
For more information, residents can call 662-841-6440. The event aims to fill Ballard Park with holiday spirit, memories, and community joy this season.
