University of Mississippi-Tupelo hosts second annual golf tournament on March 28

The University of Mississippi-Tupelo Teachers of Tomorrow will host its second annual golf tournament on March 28 at Okolona Country Club. The event is a four-person scramble aimed at supporting future educators and funding community service projects.

The tournament begins with a tee time at 8 a.m. The registration fee is $200 per team, with an additional $10 for cart rental. Participants can enjoy food, prizes, and a split-the-pot raffle during the event.

The organization encourages teams to sign up and play for a purpose, emphasizing community involvement and educational support. Proceeds will go toward outreach initiatives and programs benefiting local students and educators.
