University of Mississippi-Tupelo hosts second annual golf tournament on March 28

The University of Mississippi-Tupelo Teachers of Tomorrow is hosting its second annual golf tournament on March 28 at Okolona Country Club. The four-man scramble begins with a tee time at 8 a.m., with a $200 fee per team and a $10 cart fee, according to organizers.

The event aims to support future educators and fund community service projects and outreach initiatives. Attendees can enjoy food, prizes, and a split-the-pot raffle during the event, organizers said.

Participants are encouraged to gather a team and play for a purpose, with proceeds benefiting local education efforts, according to the university.
