Auditions Announced for Live Radio Play of ‘A Christmas Carol’

Auditions are underway for a live radio play adaptation of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” The production aims to bring the classic holiday story to life through sound effects, multiple characters, and festive storytelling.

The theater is seeking five featured actors, including three men and two women, ages 20 and older. Additional roles may be available, and previous radio experience is not necessary, according to organizers.

Auditions will be held October 11 at 2 p.m. and October 12 at 6 p.m. at TCT Off-Broadway, located at 213 East Franklin Street. Audition materials will be provided on-site.

The performance is scheduled for December 10 to 12. Organizers encourage anyone interested in performing or wanting to experience something different to audition and be part of a holiday production that emphasizes the true meaning of Christmas.
