Burglary of a Dwelling and Vehicle Burglaries Arrest

On August 16, 2025, Tupelo Police officers responded to a residence on Stonewall Circle after a homeowner discovered an individual inside their home. The homeowner reported that the suspect was found digging through a closet while holding a brick. Officers quickly arrived on scene and took the suspect into custody on multiple misdemeanor charges.

During the investigation, officers determined that several vehicles in the immediate area had also been burglarized. The suspect was transported to the Lee County Jail.

Following further investigation, on August 17, 2025, Jager S. Livingston, 32, of Tupelo, was formally charged with one count of Burglary of a Dwelling and three counts of Burglary of a Vehicle.

On the same day, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Weir ordered Livingston to be held without bond. At the time of his arrest, Livingston was already out on bond for a previous felony charge. These new charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
