Carver Elementary Students Engage with Big Blue Blocks in Partnership with Toyota MS

Students at Carver Elementary School participated in interactive activities using Big Blue Blocks, facilitated by Toyota Mississippi partners. Three stations focused on literacy, mathematics, and engineering design.

Students used noodles to form words, practiced comparing numbers with blocks, and built various designs. One project included creating a gimbal machine with blue “gumballs,” illustrating engineering concepts.

The activities are part of a collaboration supported by the AEE Grant, titled “World of Pure Imagination,” aimed at enhancing educational experiences through industry partnerships. School officials praised Toyota Mississippi for their investment in local education programs.

The partnership highlights ongoing efforts to integrate industry support into classroom learning, benefiting students and the community.
