Denise Truscott is making her return to the Tupelo Community Theatre stage as Frau Blucher. She previously appeared as Mrs. Jennings in “Sense and Sensibility” and in “Cinderella,” according to a TCT release.
Truscott expressed gratitude to the cast and crew for their talent and dedication, and thanked Christi Houin for trusting her with the role. She also announced her upcoming directing project, “The Woman in Black,” set to run at TCT off Broadway from Oct. 1-3.
Additionally, she encouraged audiences not to miss Mel Brooks’ hit musical “Young Frankenstein,” scheduled for Aug. 20-22 at Tupelo Community Theatre. The production is directed by Christi Houin, and tickets are available through the theater’s website.
