Thirty-three seniors from Tupelo Middle College were recognized Tuesday night at Tupelo High School during a basketball game. The students have completed 60 college credit hours toward their majors, according to school officials.
These students are set to graduate from Itawamba Community College on May 15 and from Tupelo High School on May 22, officials said. The recognition highlights their academic achievements amid their final semester.
Among the students recognized were Grey Autry, Angel Birmingham, Cherish Brown, Weston Brown, Madeline Carter, Aiden Clay, Bella Cochran, Laron Deans, Riyen Doss, Kaelyn Fair, Michaela Georges, Kahleah Hollyfield, Rachel Humphrey, Ocean Ivy, Marlie Judd, Sam Laney, Maytte Leon Becerra, Skyler Marrison, Nyla McClendon, Vidhi Patel, Cole Picou, Areyanna Powell, Gabrielle Sims, Aubrey Smith, Clayton Strange, Wesley Summers, Katlyn Thompson, Destiney Trice, Victor Vazquez, Sam Waters, Zoey Wenzel, Olivia White and Kailyn Winston.
