Tupelo City Hall employee dies from COVID complications

A Tupelo City Hall employee passed away due to COVID-19 compliations according to a realease from Tupelo City Hall.

Today is a very difficult day for the City of Tupelo as we mourn the death of our coworker and friend, Terri Blissard.

Terri lost her battle with COVID-19 yesterday at NMMC. Terri was the grant writer for our city, and her stellar work resulted in countless projects which benefited our community. She was an exemplary employee and a dear friend to each of us.

We ask that you join us in prayer for her parents and family, as well as all of her colleagues here at Tupelo City Hall.
