Tupelo Police Department honors chaplain for 35 years of service
Chaplain David Hamilton was honored by the Tupelo Police Department for his 35 years of service as a chaplain. The department recognized his contributions during a recent Citizens Board Meeting.
For more than three decades, Hamilton has provided spiritual support to officers and staff, as well as comfort to community members in times of need, according to department officials.
The department expressed gratitude for Hamilton’s dedication and the impact he has made. His long-standing service has been a significant part of the department’s efforts to serve and support the community of Tupelo.
