Tupelo Police Wrap Up Successful Summer D.A.R.E. Camp

The Tupelo Police Department’s School Resource Officers recently concluded their annual Summer D.A.R.E. Camp, officials said.

During the week, campers participated in activities at locations including Skate Zone, Buffalo Park, Malco, EventZona, and the Tupelo Aquatic Center. They built friendships, learned life skills, and enjoyed recreational outings.

Campers also received an up-close look at a medical helicopter and learned about its role in emergency response efforts. The department expressed gratitude to community partners and parents for supporting the program.

Officials said they hope participants had a fun, safe, and memorable summer experience.
