The University of Mississippi-Tupelo’s Teachers of Tomorrow program is hosting its second annual golf tournament on Saturday at Okolona Country Club. The event is a four-person scramble aimed at raising funds for future educators and supporting community outreach initiatives, according to organizers.
The tournament begins with an 8 a.m. tee time. The entry fee is $200 per team, with an additional $10 for cart rental. Participants can enjoy food, prizes, and a split-the-pot raffle during the event.
Organizers encourage teams to sign up and participate to support education and community service projects. They expressed gratitude for the community’s support and invite everyone to come out and play for a purpose.
