The City of Tupelo Parks and Recreation Department invites you to celebrate our nation’s birthday, Monday, July 4, beginning at 3:30 p.m. and continuing until the fireworks explode over the All-America City at 9 p.m.

Some reminders:
• Bring cash for armbands for inflatables $10 and some food and treat vendors
• Plan ahead. Traffic will be heavy at times, especially after the event. Be safe and courteous.
• Think twice about bringing pets. Fireworks can cause pets anxiety, even when they are secured.
• Tell young children to look for a firefighter, security officer, or go to the main stage if they are separated from their parents. We are providing a safe place for lost children to wait.
